Our mailbox rental service provides you with a prestigious Oxford address (OX2) for receiving your personal or business mail. With secure collection facilities and complete confidentiality, it’s a convenient and professional solution for anyone who needs a reliable mailing address without the hassle of managing post at home or the office. Prices start from £25.00 pcm.
Mailbox Rental
Enjoy hassle-free entry with our secure smart keyless access system. Upon booking, you’ll receive a unique personal access code via email and SMS. Simply enter your code on the keypad at the main entrance to unlock the facility. This convenient PIN code system provides 24/7 flexibility while maintaining high security, so you can access your storage or mailbox whenever you need it.
Save significantly with our high-level long-term storage in spacious 20ft containers located on the first floor (mezzanine level). Perfect for bulk or seasonal items you won’t need frequent access to, these budget-friendly units offer excellent value. Best of all, we load it for you free of charge using our on-site forklifts — simply drop off your items and let our team handle the heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
Store your belongings securely and affordably with our spacious Megabox rental — available from only £9.99 per week. Each heavy-duty PVC lidded Megabox measures 1200 x 1000 x 770 mm and offers a generous 610 litres of storage capacity. These secure, stackable boxes are ideal for student storage, seasonal items, documents, or extra household belongings, and are kept safely indoors at our Botley facility with smart access and 24/7 security.
